By accessing or using WCAG Inspector, the accessibility auditing tool provided by Raborn Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use WCAG Inspector or any associated tools or services.
Permitted Use
You are welcome to use WCAG Inspector to evaluate the accessibility of web content for your own internal purposes. WCAG Inspector is provided free of charge with no subscription, trial period, or hidden costs.

Legal and Litigation Use
WCAG Inspector is an informational guidance tool. It is not intended for use in legal proceedings, regulatory submissions, or as evidence of accessibility compliance or non-compliance.
While Raborn Software is committed to supporting web accessibility for all users, WCAG Inspector cannot serve as a definitive measure of discrimination, legal exposure, or regulatory conformance. Its automated nature means results may be incomplete, context-dependent, or require expert interpretation. Using WCAG Inspector results in any legal action without prior written permission from Raborn Software is not permitted. If you become aware of WCAG Inspector being used in violation of these terms, please contact us.
For formal compliance assessments, ADA audits, or legal accessibility evaluations, always engage a qualified accessibility professional and seek appropriate legal counsel.
Automated and Bulk Use
You may not use WCAG Inspector in any way that could degrade, overburden, or impair the performance of the tool or related services. Specifically, you may not build automated scripts, bots, or crawlers that submit URLs or code to WCAG Inspector in bulk without prior written authorization from Raborn Software. Misuse may result in access being suspended or permanently blocked.
Disclaimer of Warranties
WCAG Inspector is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of any kind. Raborn Software makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any audit results generated by the tool. Specifically:
You use WCAG Inspector at your own discretion and accept full responsibility for how you act on its findings.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in WCAG Inspector, including its software, design, reports, and associated materials, are owned by Raborn Software. You agree not to modify, adapt, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from WCAG Inspector or any component thereof.

Section 2
WCAG Inspector runs entirely in your browser. No page content, HTML, or audit results are transmitted to Raborn Software servers during a standard audit session.
Submitted Content
When you submit a URL, upload an HTML file, or paste code into WCAG Inspector, that content is processed locally within your browser. Raborn Software does not receive, store, or have access to the content of pages you audit. You remain solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to audit any content you submit to the tool.
WCAG Inspector may not be used to audit, display, or disseminate offensive, illegal, or harmful content, or to anonymously proxy access to restricted materials.
Lead Information and Data Collection
To access WCAG Inspector, we ask for your name and email address. This information is collected solely to communicate with you about the tool, provide support, notify you of relevant updates, and where appropriate, to offer professional accessibility services that may be relevant to your needs. We will never sell or publicly distribute your personal information.
We may use standard web analytics tools to collect aggregate, non-identifying information about how WCAG Inspector is accessed and used. This helps us improve the tool over time.
Exported Reports
When you export an audit report from WCAG Inspector, that report may be transmitted to and received by Raborn Software. Exported reports are used for the following purposes:
By exporting a report, you consent to Raborn Software receiving and using it for these purposes. If you do not wish your report to be received by Raborn Software, do not use the export feature.
AI Deep Scan
If you use the optional AI deep scan feature, your content is processed via the Anthropic API using the API key you provide. Raborn Software does not store, transmit, or have access to your Anthropic API key or any content processed through it. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy for details on how that data is handled.
You may request removal of your contact information from our records at any time by contacting us directly.
